Culinary Delight

One of the highlights of my stay was dining at The Garden Spot restaurant. The unique concept of a one-hour tour of the organic garden, which supplies over 75% of the ingredients for the Lodge's meals, was an lovely experience. After the tour, we enjoyed a delicious family-style dinner that even impressed this non-vegetarian! It was a great way to mingle with other guests while indulging in flavorful dishes crafted from fresh, locally grown produce.

Heavenly Massages

I can't recommend the hot stone massage enough! The spa at Blancaneaux offers the most very nice treatments. My partner and I both enjoyed the blissful relaxation during our couples massage. The soothing atmosphere, combined with expert techniques from the Thai-trained masseuses, truly melted away our stress. After the massage, I felt completely rejuvenated and ready to explore even more of the beautiful surrounding area.

Luxurious Cabana

Staying in the cabana was an lovely experience. The spacious layout featured a private plunge pool, an outdoor shower, and a cozy king-sized bed adorned with plush pillows. I loved waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying breakfast on my screened porch with a stunning view. The thoughtful amenities, including a daily restock of coconut candy and freshly prepared fruit plate, made my stay extra special.

Adventurous Activities

The guided tours offered by the Lodge were simply really good. We explored the ancient Mayan ruins of Caracol and enjoyed an exhilarating canoe trip in Barton Creek Cave. Both experiences were awe-inspiring and well-organized. Our guides were so knowledgeable about the history and natural wonders of Belize, turning each adventure into a nice learning experience. I felt like we got the perfect combination of fitness and exploration throughout our stay.
